Can I take this apart like this?

I’m 4 weeks and 2 days and my doctor put me on nitrofurantoin/ macrobid 100mg bc of uti. I’m suppose to take two a day for a week. I took the first one this morning around 8:30-9am and it’s now 2pm can I go ahead and take the other one for the day or wait til later on tonight?

Two a day or BID means once every 12 hours so I’d wait until later to take it.

I usually do either 9am and like 9 pm or breakfast and dinner🤷🏼‍♀️ i think 2pm if def too early.
