Today I turned 13weeks and my cousin surprised me with an gender ultrasound since they claim you can tell by 12 weeks. This is going to be my 3rd boy. How accurate are these ultrasounds?

I was told 95% boy at 14 weeks twice now and I'm having my second girl, so I don't trust US before 16-18 weeks for gender😅

I don’t really see how anything could be deciphered from that ultrasound but 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m not an ultrasound tech

I was told at about 14ish weeks that it looked like we were having a boy, I was pretty convinced too by the way the ultrasound looked.  When we went in for our official gender ultrasound at about 17 or 18 weeks we were told it was a girl!  I'd probably wait until your next ultrasound before announcing just to make sure!

Honestly best result is to wait til around 17 to 20 weeks and do an elective 3d ultrasound you cant mistake a ball sack and penis on a 3d at that gestational age lol.
