I have nothing against marijuana but it doesn’t sound like a good idea to inhale anything everyday for the health of your lungs.

It’s less dangerous than alcohol or cigarettes.
My husband and I recently started doing it since we live in a state where it’s recreationally legal. Both of us have people in our family (pretty much our entire family) who have smoked almost their entire lives, some of them smoked on a daily basis. It’s never affected their daily lives, it hasn’t affected ours, and in fact it was extremely beneficial when my brother was sick. 
Doing it every day is typically not an issue so long as it doesn’t cause any issues in your life. For example, using it regularly stops you from going to work or showering, then it’s a problem. Using it to relax at the end of a stressful day or to help you sleep? Not an issue.

Just don’t drive under the influence of everything. I have both been sober and smoked. I enjoy it but when I am safe.
