How many ultrasounds have you had?

I read that  you shouldn’t have more than 5 ultrasounds and should not use home dopplers. I will have had 6 ultrasounds and used a home doppler (not everyday) but a few times a week until 21 weeks. I’m freaking out now ☹️

I've never heard that. Ultrasounds are just sound waves, it's not harmful

Ultrasounds do not harm the fetus. Neither does a Doppler.

I've had so many I cant even remember. I've never heard that before.  I know if that was a thing my dr wouldn't schedule ultrasound ones or twice a month for me.

I read the home Doppler’s aren’t safe but ultrasound for medical purposes are !

I used to use my Doppler every day 14-22w now I maybe use it once a week. My doctor or maternal fetal medicine Dr haven’t said anything about it 🤷🏻‍♀️
