I’m 42, on my second Mireya and have no children (nor do I want them). My PMS has gotten significantly worse in the last 6 months. Nausea, feeling sick in general, fatigue, crazy mood swings... I have never had bad PMS but now it’s awful! My period with the mirena is heavy and full of clots but then some months it just doesn’t come at all... has anyone else experienced this???
