I drink coffee ate sushi when I craved it (cook kind) I ate lobster and all lol my Gabrielle is healthy

I stopped drinking coffee just becus I had so many mc’s that I was so worried about everything causing one. I have a tea once a day - but they say 200mg of caffeine a day is fine

My doctor said any study that said it increases the risk of miscarriage in early pregnancy is completely unfounded and that it is perfectly safe to have up too 200 mg per day.

Coffee doesn’t cause miscarriages. Drink it. I drank coffee everyday. 3-4 cups throughout my day when I was pregnant with my son.
