Hi ladies, I’m 26 weeks & 4days pregnant. I’ve recently had some light bleeding off an on. Usually once I wipe once or twice it’s gone. Today after trying to use the restroom ( have a bit of constipation going on ) not sure if it’s from the strain, but I saw a tiny blood clot. Sorry for TMI but I posted a pic below. After I wiped again nothing else came out. Every doc appt my sonograms have been great and there’s been no sign of blood or anything wrong with my cervix. My next appt is Wednesday and I’m scared to wait until then. Anyone have any advice??? I also have NO pain or cramps. What could be going on? TIA!
