New to BBT tracking! Help!
I just ordered my thermometer today but I’m not sure how to track or what I’m looking for. I know to take your temperature first thing in the morning before you get out of bed but that’s it. Any advice would be great! Going on 4th month of trying with a MC in December so really hoping we can get it this month!
