Heating pad
This back pain is keeping me up at night. My bf massage my back all the time but it still hurt a lot. A relative suggested I use a heating pad before bed every night. I’ve called my midwife & doc to see if this is safe..any other suggestions? I’ll be 18 wks tomorrow..
