14 month old fever

My 14 month old has a fever of 101.1 right now. I gave her some baby Motrin, and she seems to have gone back to sleep. She’s shown no other signs of being sick. My husband had a fever yesterday and has been coughing, but my daughter seemed completely fine all day, until now when she woke up so I checked and she has a fever. Is there anything else I should do? Does teething cause a fever? (I think she may be teething.) any other advice? I just know I’m gonna be up all night now because I’m crazy and this is the first time she’s had a fever... 😞
