How will I Know If Baby is Head Down?

Question

I am currently 23-24 weeks along and how can I notice if baby is head down? My last Ultrasound was about 3-4 weeks ago and he was in breech. I feel some of his movements on my right side, near my belly button, and sometimes even down low still (like he’s in breech position) or is there only one way to tell done by an ultrasound ? I pray to God that he flips around to head down in April or May 🙏🏽

Babies have until 36 weeks to easily move. They don’t need to be head down  at 24 weeks, and it means nothing at all if they are or aren’t.

I can tell based on where I feel movement if my baby is Frank beech or up and down. With beech I feel it move more and towards the sides. With it head or feet down I feel more turning than kicking and it's in ny pelvis and by my sternum. I also have a harder time breathing when not breech and I'm not so wide.

Unless you have a deformed uterus then theres no need to worry.  See with me my baby only has half my uterus to grow in so if she is still breach by 30 weeks then she most definitely won't be flipping head down and I will need to schedule a csection.

breech at 22, head down at 26, head down but facing the opposite direct (180 degrees difference) at 26w7d I have an ultrasound on Wednesday at 30w1d and I’m like 90% sure she’s heads up again but I’m not worried about it right now lol baby has tonnnnns if time to flip

He has plenty of time to flip and when hes bigger, you can feel and figure out his body parts and position.

Doctors can tell just by feeling your belly if the baby is head down .. you still have time for the baby to flip try not to worry

My doctors never even have checked until like 35 weeks and they can tell just by feeling your belly how baby is positioned. You have TONS of time.

My midwife felt my belly and knew he was breech from that. She did an ultrasound to confirm. That was around 34 weeks? She said we still had a little time, so I did spinning babies and everything I could think of. At 36 weeks, he was still breech so we schedule an ECV (to have him manually turned) and the night before my appointment (37 weeks) he flipped head down. He just liked doing things on his own time. I wouldn't worry at 24 weeks.
