Lumps in my neck and groin, I’m scared

About a month ago I got a tattoo, then less than a week later, I got a sinus infection. That was about when I noticed a swell in my neck that went away after I finished the antibiotics. It wasn’t until I was over my illness that two new lumps appeared on the right side in the groin area. I also had a much smaller one on the left side of my neck. I went to the doc. She ordered blood work and an ultrasound of the abdomen, both of which came back with no evidence of something wrong, but the lumps were still there. The doc never got back to me except in a response to my email in which she said the next step would be a CT scan (still hasn’t ordered it 🙄) Anyways, a little less than a week ago, I noticed another lump on the right side of my neck. It’s quite firm and moves easily under my skin. It’s not painful. I also haven’t experienced any symptoms of sickness. No fever, no weight loss, nothing. I have been a bit more tired over the last month but that could be just a side effect of waking up at 5:30 to get ready for my early class. I’m getting really concerned as I now have four lumps, two on my groin, one on the right side of my neck, and one on the left. My doctor has been very VERY bad at getting back to me and I plan on calling again on Monday and I’m not hanging up until they set an appointment to at least speak in person again. I’m scared and frustrated and I need some advice.
