I need advice I’m a new manager at my job I work at a pizza place and I’m having trouble with my closing delivery driver

I’m doing most of the work cleaning and doing my manager part with inventory writing in receipts Setting the drawer and counting the deposit

Iv only been closing the store for a week and today when I come in one of the other managers told me that my closing driver has been saying that all I do is sit in the office and play on my phone and I make my driver do all the work which is so funny because I asked her to do one thing and and she yells at me about that’s not her job.

I was completely shocked about this because I have been working so hard to move up and I want to make the owners of the store proud of my work

“Side note I’m autistic I’m a little slow but I work so hard and my bosses see this and that’s why they made me a manager I never thought I would become a manager even over a pizza place lol”

Iv talked to my boss of what she’s doing and what’s going on in the store when I’m closing she had a meeting with everybody that they need to give me the same respect as her

But anyway does anyone have any tips or advice for me on being a new manager that will help me in this situation.
