Spike in BBT 9DPO

Is it normal to have my temp spike from 98.30 yesterday to 96.61 today? I’m 9 DPO today and that’s the highest temp I have gotten so far this cycle Post ovulation. I test at 6:05 am every single morning before I get out of bed
