Managing Menstrual Migrains While TTC

I recently...the last three months...have been developing menstrual migrains. I have been to the doctor/waiting on test results to see if I have any hormonal imbalances.

How can I manage my migrains safely while ttc? Yesterday was the first time I got one in my fertile window/not 1-3 days before my period. Headaches in general are not normal for me. I broke down and took one tylenol in the middle of the night because I couldn't take the pounding anymore. Vyx on my forehead was not working anymore. Any suggestions/non oral medication? I really don't want to inhibit my chances of conceiving. This is our 9th cycle now.
