First IUI cycle and I'm confused

We are doing a natural cycle. I was told to start testing CD 10 but I tested on the 9th as a baseline. I have a normal 28 day cycle. I received a positive yesterday and called my dr, they wanted me to test first thing this morning since it's so early and this is what my strips gave this morning.... I had ovulation pain and heavy ewcm yesterday... thoughts?
