Spotting after sex

So I’ve had my IUD FOR 7 years now and all has been well until last night. My husband and I had fantastic sex. It was great! So good I fell straight to sleep. A few hours later I wake up and go to the potty. When I Wiped myself after it was pink. I looked in the toilet and the water was also a dark pink color. I was spotting. I put on a panty liner and went back to bed. Now this morning, I woke up and no spotting. Seems as though everything is back to normal. No pain either but I’m worried that my IUD may have been effected. Should I schedule another OB visit? I just went and got a check up in January.
