Stuck in the comment section in Gems

Heyy people☺ It's the first time I post something on here, but I am looking for help right now 😅😝 So it's been like, 3 days since I'm stuck in the comment section. I don't really know what to do. It looks like the Gems don't load or something. I can't go up to read it and I have a Glow Premium. I am confused I have looked a bit on the app for answers but I haven't found any advice. I tried to uninstall the app, but the problem is still there. For poll or quiz, it is working. It's just really for the gems😅 Any advice that can help me? Does that ever happened to someone else out there? I'm sad since I've missed days of gems 😫😂 I am waiting for your advices, thank you so much for helping girls😊😘
