Cottage Cheese Discharge

I was recently treated for Chlamydia two weeks ago and am currently waiting until Tuesday for my next appointment with the doctor but I still seem to be having cottage cheese discharge. My doctor also gave me a yeast infection pill because he said I might get one. I am really concerned because the discharge is gettin me nervous and it feels like the chlamydia hasn’t gone away. Some help and tell me what this may be.
