Any clue?

A few weeks ago I went in for my anatomy scan and everything was normal. My next appt on Thursday is to “check measurements” it just dawned on me... WHAT MEASUREMENTS??? isn’t that what the anatomy scan was. Idk I should’ve asked my doctor a few weeks ago😂Anyone have a clue what he is talking about?

He probably meant your fundal height measurement(the measurement between the pubic bone to the top of the uterus measured in centimeters) It’s a routine measurement taken from 20 weeks until birth to make sure your uterus is measuring on time to insure your baby is developing properly.

They’ll measure you. Your uterus, weight, heartbeat and just see how you’re feeling. It’s a pretty pointless and short appointment.

It’s just to measure if they are growing on track. With me, I’m having twins but I go in for growth scans every 4-6 weeks now. And the other appointments are just to check heartbeats and checkups basically
