IUD Period Question
I have had an iud for three years, no period for the first two and this third year I have had a regular period. It's super late this month, at this point it's probably just considered missed, and I know with IUDs this can be normal, but I can't help but feel nervous.
Also- how do you ladies manage hormones and keep track of how you feel, when you can't tell where you're at in your cycle?
