Umbilical cord fell off too early?
My baby is 5/6 days old today and when we went to change his diaper my husband noticed his cord fell off and this is what it looks like. We were told it would take a week or 2 for it to fall off. He doesn’t seem like he’s in pain, but just worried it’s too early and it could be infected.
