Pumping and bf...

My baby girl is 3 days old, she constantly wants on the boob for comfort, will nurse for a few mins then go to sleep while still on, i try everything to wake her but it wont work, ive started to pump for 10mins in between feeds so daddy can feed her so i can rest up ect, i got all this in a single sit for 8mins on each boob, does it look like enough, is this my milk? I thought it would be white?
