im on the pop pill and im due to start my period in 2 weeks, yet im cramping and spotting now.. since im on the pill, my bf comes inside me everytime we have sex and thought it was safe. i dont wanna jump to conclusions but im getting a little worried. i take my pill religiously every night and havent missed a single one so im not sure whats going on ://

How long have you been on the pill? If it's your first month or two it's just your body adjusting more then likely. Birth control can cause spotting. When it's time for your period I'd take a test to be sure though

Progestin only methods are most known for causing irregular bleeding/spotting patterns. That can include longer time frames with or without bleeding, random bleeding, or frequent bleeding, at any given time. So, what ur experiencing is completely normal!
