Startle reflex 😭

When did your kids lose it? My son is 3 weeks so I know itll be a while. I dont remember when my first stopped it. But ny son hates swaddlers, and I've tried a bunch of different ones :( but he wont sleep in his bassinet because he startles like every 20 mins. So hes in his rock n play :/
