Vacation in California???

Hello! Gonna be going to Cali with my bf next month for a couple days.

Where could we go in terms of scenery?? And iconic places.

I live in Nevada and even though Cali is so close its WAY different than Las Vegas. I went LA last year for a day, I went for a charity event, that was next to korea town, I wasn’t able to sightsee because I went straight back to Vegas after the event.
