On the 24th I had light bleeding ??? implantation ? idk ... photo attached. it last 4 days . it’s not my period trust me i know . Today i am 5 days late on my period , but i took a test at 2 days late and it was negative , so if i’m not pregnant what could it be ? or could i still be pregnant , plus been having symptoms especially morning sickness head aches , increase body temp , bloated , and really bad lower back pain ... the back pain only goes away for a couple hours and comes right back .

this is how bloated i am , it’s usually very flat i’m a super skinny girl .
