Spotting after sex?

I found out I was pregnant yesterday and out of excitement we BD this morning and I was on top/deeper penetration positions and when I went to pee and his boys fell out of me they were tinted a bit with pink/brown. Only in the toilet and not when I wiped. Is it normal to spot after sex? Should I refrain from having sex for now on until my first appointment? This will be my 2nd baby and I don’t know why but I’m more terrified this time around! Anyone else?!
