When do I BD with a + read?
Okay I’m going to try opk for the next month since AF showed up today. It will be my first time. My question is when you get a strong positive reading does that mean you are currently ovulating or you will ovulate in the next 12-24 hours? If there is a strong positive should I BD from that point on?? Help this newbie out!!
