Really short period

So I had a miscarriage back in November. We said we were going to try again In January. We had sex during ovulation week of December and on Jan. I start my “period “ on Jan 30th and it ended feb 1 👀. It wasn’t light I BLEED. But I’ve never had such a short period before . I want to take a pregnancy test In a few day but I’m not getting my hopes up . Not really asking a question lol I just don’t want to talk to anyone I know about this situation because everyone is still down in the dumps about the miscarriage Smdh
