3 days of positive OPKs. Help!!

Has anyone had this? I MCd on 12/26 at between 5-6 weeks. Last Monday, I had a super slight positive home pregnancy test at home. Went to the dr and my HCG level was 18 still. Friday I had a negative HCG at home test finally.

Well Saturday, yesterday and today, I’ve had positive opk tests. Will these turn positive after a MC for another reason? Or can I be getting ready to ovulate for 3 whole days?? I heard somewhere it means my egg is stuck, I read another place it means I’ll release 2 eggs, and then another place I read that my body likely isn’t going to ovulate, despite a positive test.

Help!
