1st round of femara. Did it delay your ovulation?

Hi ladies! I’m Julia from Argentina. I’m ttc # 2. First wasn’t expected and now she’s 8 years old. I just started today my 1st cycle of femara. My case is a little different. I ovulate on my own. The thing is that I ovulate on Cd 9 and since I had an iud mirena for 4 years and had it removed 4 months ago my uterine lining doesn’t get thick enough. Last cycle it was at 6 mm on the day I ovulated. They have me on femara to see if helps my lining and to delay my ovulation. Does this make sense to anyone? Did Letrozole make you ovulate later?
