Me I’m making Pozole my husbands favorite ❤️ when we started dating I asked him what he wanted for dinner , well he said surprise me lol I was so nervous because it was the very first time I ever cooked for him plus he was going to be at work so if I messed up any type of way he would not see it lol well anyways he got home from work and he was so surprised that I made him pozole. He was so happy. At the time I had no idea it was his favorite. He thought I would make spaghetti 🍝 lol nope not me haha before I went to buy the ingredients I looked on YouTube on how to make it and it was so easy. I am white and my husband is Mexican so he was surprised that I would make this lol 😂

Not a really great picture my stupid camera is broken lol but I made pork pozole i used the meat called pork espinazo I think that’s how you spell it. I know there cut super big but the guy who gave me the meat cut it that way but oh well.
