I think I have the flu🤒

I’m 30 weeks tomorrow. I’ve been having cold chills/fever since 2 this morning. I’ve taken Tylenol to bring my temp down which was 101. I got it down to 99.1, feel asleep, woke up and it’s back to 101.2 I’ve been vomiting, my head hurts, my body is achy, and I’ve got a nasty cough.

Any suggestions or should I just call my doctor?
