Relief from lower back pain?
Currently 14w5d and having the WORST lower back pain for the last couple weeks. It’s suuuper low in my back, upper butt area on one side only.
Not sure if it’s sciatic nerve pain or what but right now I can hardly walk it’s so painful 😭
Please give me all the tips and tricks that you know to help relieve this pain.
