Scared to have sex
I’m 10 weeks and this is my 1st pregnancy. Had some spotting after my ultrasound at 8.5 weeks and some about a week after. It TERRIFIES me. I know it’s normal and happens to tons of women but my anxiety kicks into overdrive when I see a dot of anything. I’m scared to have sex now too because I don’t want it to cause spotting. Am I the only one? And am I insane?
