Please help. Pregnant?

I took pregnant test and yes it was positive on January 31

Today I blood a lots but no miscarriage or no pain (cramps!) my pregnancy symptoms still same. So I took blueclear pregnancy test and said it’s positive. False alert or??

Now my blood is getting lighter and didn’t go on my pad. It’s still in me and it will go off if I wipe it off. But not that heavy anymore.

I know what miscarriage look like and feel like. It was pain. I lost one and I didn’t know I was pregnant till I got my period with big ass clot w white clouds on it. BUT now this blood isn’t even hurt at all!

The same symptoms is nauseous and light head. Tired. Hot flashes. It’s all same before and after the blooding.

Update. My blood are way less and tiny now. My nauseous is much worst now. My appt is on Thursday 😭😭 I still don’t even know how long am I now!? This glow app said I’m six weeks and four days 🙄
