I feel so heart broken...

I’m realising after two years of being with my man that he doesn’t feel the same way towards me as I do for him. He doesn’t care about me... I don’t think I can give up on us at the same either. He has broken up with me 3 times and claimed he didn’t mean it. Can a person who loves me really do that?
