Cramp in my side?

So since 3am I've had a cramp in the side of my belly. It hurts to walk around or even sit still in some positions. I know it's not a contraction or BH because it isn't going away. What is this and how do I get rid of it? 🙄😔

Sounds similar to what I’m experiencing just now. Midwife told me it’s just ligaments stretching, the baby moves which makes it worse. As long as you don’t have any other symptoms and you’re still feeling baby move.
It should ease off after while, I use a microwaveable wheat cushion which can take the edge of. If it doesn’t ease of might be worth making a call to midwife/doctor to check.

I had this last night it woke me up and kept me up I tried rolling around to get into a comfy position but it stayed and gosh it hurt I'm up now with bh and period like cramps all in my back. 😖
