Two weeks since period, help?

Ive been spotting for three days now, not extreme but when I wipe I see it. I had my last period two weeks ago and I take my birth control regularly. I have had sex twice since my last period and the second time was a little painful. My fertile window just ended but since I am on birth control I didn't think ovulation or fertility really mattered so I wouldn't see that to be my reason spotting but I'm open for any suggestions? Anyone experienced this or can help?
