Is this diaper rash or irritation from new wipes?

Started using a new brand of wipes but still the same diapers so I'm not sure if this looks like diaper rash or maybe irritation From new wipes? It doesn't seem to be bothering her when i change her diapers

But where the location is, it might be time to go up a diaper size. My daughter does this when she outgrows a diaper because it’s so tight so it constantly rubs and when we went up a diaper size it went away.

Could be the wipes. You haven’t changed diapers so probably not those

If its not the diaper switch to water wipes or pampers pure wipes and also put aquaphor. It clear up in a day with that stuff. We always have a lil one in the diaper backpack and the big jar here at home lol

looks like it’s the line from the band that goes around the legs being too tight. Definitely doesn’t look like it’s from the wipes.
