Ovulation after natural miscarriage late

I'm so frustrated... I miscarried naturally at 5.5 weeks last weekend. 3 days later my hcg levels were back below 5 (confirmed by bloodwork). I normally have short cycles and ovulate around CD 13, I'm currently on CD 12 and only have the lightest possible test line on my opk, nowhere near ovulation. Just feeling so frustrated that my body always takes so long to reset after miscarriages. Last year after my D&C it took me 7.5 weeks to get my first period and then it took me months to get good strong ovulation lines and my cycle lengths were all over the place. Before that I had a chemical pregnancy at 4.5 weeks but ovulated on time my next cycle. Not looking like I'll be so lucky this time.

It's bad enough to have to go through miscarriages but the aftermath is just as emotionally draining when all you want is to be back to normal and able to conceive again. 😔

Anyone else in the same boat?
