Does it matter to you or not if your SO gets you at least something small like a rose for Valentine’s Day ?

Or would you be bothered that your SO didn’t give you anything at all not even a hand written letter ?

I want to say no. But honestly...it does matter to me. Just because it’s a holiday to celebrate your love for the one special person in your life. At first my husband would buy me one beautiful single rose. And every year after he would continue to buy me that one single rose but with a box of chocolates. May not be much but he said when we reach our 12th year together he’d get me the full dozen. One for each year. And I thought it was cute. I appreciate the thought he put into it. This year we’re going out for dinner. My treat. Lol. But I am going to be expecting my single rose. 😂 Been together 6 years now since we started dating. So we’re half way there. Hahaha.

Nah, but my husband bought me a new Canon DSLR camera for Valentine's day that came in yesterday.. so in return I'm gonna take some self shot photos and make a photo booklet for him... Since I've literally never bought him anything for Valentine's day before... Then again, he's literally never home for Valentine's day or his birthday because of winter training.. so even if he never got me anything I wouldn't be upset.. Valentine's is corny.
