High blood pressure

So I am 33 weeks 4 days pregnant. Since Saturday I started swelling. Which I have been super lucky and have not before now. Which I understand is normal, but what has me worried is when I went to the dr today my blood pressure was 130 something. I can't remember the actual number because as soon as she said 130 I started to slightly panic. I usually have a normal blood pressure 112/80. I work at a computer most of the day so my head does usually hurt most days. I was just wondering if anyone had experiences like this? When should I start being worried about everything? The nurse didnt say anything about my blood pressure being high. I didnt see my dr today. Thank you! I know that not hearing for the full blood pressure doesn't help a lot but it was like my hearing turned off when I heard that
