Period 5 days late - Testing negative

My period has ALWAYS been clockwork, except for one time my period showed a day later than anticipated. I am now 5 days late and have been testing nothing but negatives. I’ve been extremely moody, tired, bloated & have had more acne than I’ve seen in my entire life. AF doesn’t seem like she’s even thought about coming. What does this mean? Help?
