It’s most likely your body adjusting to the extra blood volume and higher heart rate.  Make sure you’re drinking plenty of fluids right now.

Same thing is happening to me and drinking tons of water and pedialyte has helped a lot. The more hydrated I am, the less I feel vertigo, the headaches or dizziness.
