I’m on day 20 of a 5mg Femara cycle and just got my first positive OPK! I was originally scheduled to get 21 day progesterone draw tomorrow but when I called the Dr. he said to just get busy and no need for blood work if I just got my positive. I don’t chart temp or mucus so just wondering if I should continue using OPK to see how long my surge lasts or how I could pinpoint ovulation or know for sure it happens?
