Morning sickness coming and going

Hi all!

I am new to this group. I had two miscarriages last year and I am not pregnant again (high risk so I am going to the fertility dr once a week)

I am on lovenox shots and progesterone

I think I am 6 weeks and 3 days but not sure as my last sonogram (last week) at 5w2d showed only a yolk sac

I am going to another sonogram tomorrow but I am so scared :( my morning sickness has been coming and going. Sunday it was crazy how sick I was until around 4 pm

Monday I had a bit of not feeling good and today I feel fine.

I still feel a bit tired and boobs are big and sore but still.

I would love to know if you guys are having morning sickness come and go.
