7wk 3 d first appt

Went to the Dr office this morning. First appointment this pregnancy. So I answered all the health question gave blood etc. The nurse asked when my LMP date was and I told her my cycle is very irregular so that is hard to determine. She said ok we have to have you come back for an ultrasound for dating purposes. I was a little bummed, now I get an ultrasound on Valentines day. Then I was asking about the NIPT test at 10-13 weeks. She replied our office does not perform that test until 18 weeks.. I guess it doesn't really matter than I am going to be 37 and my fourth pregnancy.. I hope that my next appointment they are a little more friendly.
