Possible miscarriage?

So I should be 4 weeks 6 days pregnant today. I have had 2 very clear positive tests about 4 days ago. This morning I was awoken to what felt like I had wet the bed. When I checked I had actually been bleeding. I’m not in any pain, I have had a couple of very mild cramps. I have called the hospital and been told to see my GP today which I am going to do. But I guess I’m looking to see if this has happened to anyone else and everything been ok with bub?

This is how much blood there was, and I am still bleeding (not very heavily though, more like a medium period).
